In what universe is it okay for an NDA (signed with what party??) to prevent elected officials from telling their constituents what they know? Who is on the take here? And among the (yes less important than the fact it's a concentration camp but still something) while costing the community funds for upgrades on electrical, sewage, water, etc, the location is taken OUT of the tax base for the area, as feds don't pay taxes. In short, part of the NDA is surely a net local impact analysis that shows local taxes increasing to pay for these crimes.
