All true. Also worth adding that as a federal building taxes won't be paid on this camp. While it will cost the community in upgrades for sewer, water and roads, it actually reduces the tax base to pay for those things.

A local doctor has also spoken about the likely spread of communicable diseases to the community through hyper density of residents.

Oh yes, and it's a concentration camp.

You’re right about the loss in tax revenue from the private company owning the warehouse. I believe the county will lose $2m this year and $700k every following year in tax revenue.
